It was scientifically proved that Cialis can work up to 36 hours, and even when this time is over a significant amount of the medicament (about 25%) is still in the body and can sustain adequate erectile function for some more time. Viagra – for comparison – has only 4-hours half-life.

The empirical formula for Cialis (tadalafil) is C22H19N3O4, and its official organic name is (6R,12aR)-6-(1,3-benzodioxol-5-yl)-2,3,6,7,12,12a- hexahydro-2-methyl-pyrazino [1 ,2 :1,6] pyrido [3,4-b] indole-1,4-dione. The molecular weight is 389.41. Cialis tablets are produced in such forms and doses:

• Cialis 5 mg - yellow, almond-shaped, film-coated tablets

• Cialis 10 mg - yellow, almond-shaped, film-coated tablets

• Cialis 20 mg - yellow, almond-shaped, film-coated tablets
